The project time tracking module of Tine 2.0 supports you and your employees on the one hand in project time tracking, on the other hand it facilitates correct and fast accounting.
Operation is simple and intuitive: You set up any number of time accounts and your employees record the hours worked with a timesheet that is assigned to the corresponding time account. To make sure that the right hours really end up in the right project, you can assign authorizations so that not every employee has access to every time account.
You have sold a fixed contingent and would like to check the current status of the hours already worked in order to plan the next week? No problem - it only takes a few clicks and the filter will show you which services have been done for your chosen project on a certain day, in a certain week or in a certain month. And because sometimes there is work that can be assigned to a project but cannot be billed, this criterion is also queried in the timesheet and sorting is possible accordingly.
With the individual filter you have the possibility to export customer-specific time sheets and present them to the customer as proof of performance. And to make things even faster next time, you can save your filters - as usual in Tine 2.0 -, share them with colleagues and request an up-to-date status each time you call them up.
